At Social Traction Studios, we are obsessed with helping you attract and convert your dream community! Because our services involve custom strategy, digital deliverables, and dedicated creative time, we have a few "house rules" regarding payments:

1. The "No Take-Backs" Policy ✨

Due to the digital and personalized nature of our services (including but not limited to Social Media Management, Strategic Planning, and Community Building), all sales are final. Once we kick off or a digital product is delivered, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

2. Commitment to Quality 🪩

We pour our heart, soul, and a lot of disco-ball energy into every project! If you feel like something isn’t hitting the mark, we want to hear about it. Please reach out to us within 7 business days of delivery so we can chat about how to make it right within the scope of our agreement.

3. Cancellations 🌈

For ongoing monthly services, we require a 30-day written notice prior to your next billing cycle if you need to pause the party. This ensures we can offboard your brand with the care it deserves!

4. Chargebacks 🫣

We’re all about community and open communication! If you have a concern about a charge, please come to us first. We’d much rather solve a problem together than deal with the headache of a formal dispute.
